Template letters have been attached for your business and employees in the links below. Please be sure to personalize each letter by changing the highlighted text to cater to your individual businesses. To maximize impact we encourage printing multiple copies of the driver letter for your employees. Be sure to change the highlighted areas appropriately if you plan to print a general letter and allow two lines for your employees to sign and address their letter. ALWAYS be sure letters have a name and full address. Contact information for officials representing the areas of LA and Long Beach has been provided in the last link below. You may email, fax or mail letters directly to the officials office or (and we request you do both) package all letters sent from your business (owner, employee and driver) and send directly to CTA. CTA staff will package ALL letters sent from all members and put them in the hands of the Governors office, Legislators, and Mayors to be sure the collective voice of our industry is heard.
