If you are having issues logging into the member site, your account may need to be reset. Make sure
to use the member email account that is on file at CTA. Otherwise you will not be able to login to the site.
Once you hit the submit button, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the steps to reset the account.
Tips for logging in
1. Login names and passwords are case-sensitive.
2. Make
sure the Caps Lock on your keyboard is not on.
3. Try using your email
as your login name.
